Shipping Policy

At Craft Book Trader, we value your business, and we want to make sure that you have an enjoyable and rewarding shopping experience while visiting our site. We will do our best to get your order out in a timely manner - most orders ship within 24 hours of the time your order is placed, generally the next business day. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, it will generally ship out on Wednesday. All orders are shipped from Washington state, so the amount of time it takes to receive your order depends on your distance from our shipping location. We use USPS Media Mail for most orders, however we reserve the right to use another shipping method if circumstances dictate. Media Mail generally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time - we ship to the United States only. We DO ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Hawaii/Alaska (allow extra time for Hawaii/Alaska, normally 4-6 weeks for Media Mail).

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Delivery Information" page during checkout.

Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local post office directly for the delivery policy for your area.

Return Policy

At Craft Book Trader, we do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order, however we do understand that in some cases it may be necessary to return an item.

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Craft Book Trader, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges. If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from our shipping location.

Please contact us before returning any items to obtain authorization and the address to return items to. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of item, and items must be returned within 14 days to receive proper credit.
